REVIEW OF GSA CONTRACT ACQUISITION SERVICES
- Completion of all required forms, including assistance with representations and certifications
- Provide sample professional compensation plan and uncompensated overtime policy, if required
- Provide a draft subcontracting plan, if required
- Prepare pricing tables and commercial sales practices format
- Provide pricing narrative
- Perform compliance review of technical understanding and quality control sections
- Provide a complete copy of GSA Schedule contract proposal and all supporting data
- Monitor status of proposal at GSA
- Attend meetings at GSA on behalf of the Client, if required
- Respond to GSA requests for additional information or clarification of proposal
- Negotiate contract provisions, prices and discounts with GSA, within guidelines and Client's limits
- Prepare and submit final proposal revision
- Review and track GSA Form 527, Cilent's Qualifications and Financial Information,” if required by the GSA financial analyst
